You set up a campaign

You tell LinkArtemis which page you want to build links to and what type of campaign you are running — a link insert pitch, a guest post proposal, a resource page submission, a broken link replacement, or a digital PR angle. The campaign type shapes everything that follows: how prospects are selected, what angle the outreach takes, and what a successful outcome looks like.

The AI finds qualified prospects

LinkArtemis searches the web for sites in your niche that are relevant to your target page. Each site is crawled and scored by domain authority and topical relevance, and contact details are found automatically. A single prospecting run typically returns 50 to 100 qualified sites. These are not random URLs — every prospect has been filtered for relevance before you see it.

Personalised emails are written for each prospect

This is where LinkArtemis differs from most outreach tools. Rather than merging a name into a template, the AI reads the actual content on each prospect's site and writes a unique email referencing something specific — a recent article, a particular page section, or a relevant focus area. The tone and length are also adapted per prospect. You review the emails before anything is sent, and you can edit any of them.

Emails go out through your own domain

LinkArtemis sends through your connected Resend account, using your verified domain. This means outreach lands as coming from you, not from a shared platform address. Deliverability is significantly better as a result, and replies come back to your LinkArtemis inbox.

Follow-ups send automatically

If a prospect does not reply within 7 days, LinkArtemis sends a polite follow-up on your behalf. Most link placements come from the second or third contact. This step alone recovers a large portion of outreach that would otherwise go cold.

Replies land in your built-in inbox

When prospects respond, their replies appear in your LinkArtemis inbox organised by campaign. You can manage the full conversation thread and reply directly from the platform. Each prospect has a status that moves from Contacted through to Won so you always know where each relationship stands.
